Yaya getting into the Xmas spirits.

Manchester City footballer Yaya Toure has been charged with drink driving, police have confirmed.

Police said the 33-year-old of Macclesfield, Cheshire was driving in Dagenham in east London at the time of the alleged offence.

Police said he was charged on Tuesday with driving while his alcohol level was above the legal limit .

He has been bailed and is due to appear at Barkingside Magistrates' Court on 13 December.

The midfielder played in Manchester City's 3-1 defeat at home to Chelsea on Saturday.

He was recalled to the Manchester City squad earlier this month after apologising for "misunderstandings" relating to comments made by his agent Dimitri Seluk.

In 2012, Toure spoke about being a devout Muslim and refused a champagne man of the match award due to his religious beliefs.

He won't be 100% fit and hopefully they drop points without him!

Of course he is back in time to play us... Last time he came back from suspension he didn't skip a beat as far as goal scoring if my memory serves me.

He misses a fair amount of games injured and he always seems to get straight back into the goalscoring groove! He did it when we beat them 4-1 last year, he played after being out for a while and scored.

Is it just me or was there again some inconsistency in the decisions

Aguero deserved to go for the tackle

Chalobah should also have been sent off for the push on Aguero

Fernandinho undoubtedly deserved to go but so should Cesc with his slap on the face of Fernandinho

I thought the same, Luiz should have definitely walked for the nudge on Aguero.

Why am I not shocked that Gundogan is injured?

Shame for him but was inevitable. He's been **** anyway. I'm sure they'll sign someone for £60m or so to cover.

Pep's interview with Titi Henry was fascinating. We're lucky to have arguably the two best managers in world football in Pep and Klopp.
                              Are we winning?
