It's not. Chelsea are running away with it leaving the rest to fight places behind. If Spurs win this one it'll still be on, so I hope they win to keep this alive.

Spurs winning gives Chelsea less breathing space while still being within touching distance of ourselves. Once the player is already at a big club Schalke, Dortmund, Leverkusen, Atletico, Premier League club it makes it harder for us.
We need to buy Van Dijk from Celtic or Weigl from 1860 Munich for example to get proper value otherwise we are out of that market.
The club seems to have pinned their hopes on Brandt but Sane is the yardstick that Leverkusen will put on him now - he'll cost £30m+ I'm sure.Comment
