In terms of individual quality they are someway off for me - no Messi, no Iniesta, no XaviOriginally posted by Pablo View PostHe has to say that. They're nowhere near in truth. Great side, but nowhere near.
But they probably have a bigger squad and bigger depth in their teamBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

On paper, Arsenal/Chelsea/Everton is a tough week but in reality, it couldn't have been easier.
Arsenal are depleted with injuries, Everton supporters wanted to lose the game (how does that bear on the team?!) and Chelsea are a sinking ship at the moment.
I'm not trying to play down their achievements,. I just think there's been exceptional circumstances around their fixtures. They've already lost four games and will lose more.

I just can't see City slipping much more in their remaining fixtures.Originally posted by Maxiedge View PostOn paper, Arsenal/Chelsea/Everton is a tough week but in reality, it couldn't have been easier.

The encouraging thing is that bar Chelsea earlier in the season, all of their defeats have come against teams that nobody would've expected them to drop points to..

jammy ****ers, Arsenal were cruising until both their CB's got injured. Everton put on a good performance to be fair and Chelsea was just an embarrassment.

Pep?Originally posted by Norbs View PostHe's a huge bellend, really growing to dislike him
He's a compulsive winner. He got a lot of stick in his first season for playing "tippy tappy" football and he was being laughed at for asking his defenders and goalkeeper to play from the back. Some even said that it would never work here.
I'd have loved him here and he would have fitted greatly as well. Are we winning?
