those tickets were only 20 quid each for a champions league game too. And they only get 38k!!!
I have a work colleague that's son plays for citys underage team. He gets a load of free tickets thrown his way for every game. He couldn't go to their match against chelsea because he had about 6 relatives over that weekend and when he refused the tickets, the coach said to him.........here's 8 tickets.....why don't you bring them all to the game!!!Comment

'Tourest fans' or not it's difficult to get tickets for LFC games and I assume Man Utd games so those fans have either at least made an effort or paid some 3rd party a significant supplement to come and watch us (or Man Utd). If they were just football fans wanting to see CL games with no loyalty they could just as easily (more likely easier) go and watch City. And despite City being a good team even those fans don't want to go and watch them
