It's impossible to see past an Inter hammering. Sitting back against these cunts is pointless and Inter don't really have the personnel to do damage by going all out attack eg Dzeko ffs. Awful.

This is a great article after last night. Lands a few blows in the final paragraphs.

You underestimate the power of snide.

And especially the sort of snide an Italian team can muster.

Inter do do one thing City seem to not like and that is get stuck in all over the pitch when they are on form. If they can do that and add some snide for good measure early on, then who knows maybe they can drag City into a war of attrition rather than letting City just come at them.

I'm choosing to believe Inter can cause an upset and will continue to try and infect others with such optimism between now and the final whistle of that game.

That way even if Inter lose, I get the added bonus of seeing the posts of those who had that little bit of hope snatched away from them as well as me not caring about what City do
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Best we can hope for is a few late lunges on Citeh players in their remaining fixtures and maybe an arrogant stroll in the park win against United in the FA Cup final... to make them even more reassured that they will stroll the UCL as well.

Need a miracle and then some... don't fancy the odds.

          Nor does Toney (apparently)...

I think if Qatar get their hands on Man Utd, and Newcastle secure CL football, we'll be looking at some really problematic issues for the game. No one can compete with that wealth, and all you need is a competent manager at the helm, and that's it for the rest of us.

I can see those 3 dominating the domestic league, domestic cups, and European competition, while the rest of us compete for 4th place.

            The game's done.

Add Boehly's 'play thing' and Arsenal actually being quite decent again into the mix and the competition for top four looks pretty much our target next season, forget the title.

Hear that? That's the sound of billions of dollars on it's way over to the Premier League...

I think we can safely say at this point that the 115 charges against Citeh won't ever be sanctioned - and they're now fighting it with high paid lawyers - and FFP is a mythical entity, much like the Loch Ness Monster... or the Tooth Fairy.

              Salary cap anyone?

Delaying and disruption tactics from City again.

Weird how they always go down this line, instead of clearing their name with the irrefutable evidence of their innocence that they claim to have.

We are innocent... but please dont look at what we did a few years ago

It's all a ****ing joke & yeah they will smash Inter. My only blessing is I don't know a single Man City fan & have never met one in Dublin or Ireland for that matter. Only problem is that young kid getting interested in football will start to support them and no nothing about how they got here, just that they are winners and want to support them. Shame really.

Sadly that's the legal sector though, that's what they do.
A mate of mine is a senior partner in a solicitors firm and he once told me it's never about finding out the truth, it's just about diversion, delay and assigning blame elsewhere...

Since he told me that twenty years ago, I've always remembered it and that logic does seem to apply to most high profile commercial cases...

That's because they have done something truly unique in football. They have won repeatedly without gaining pretty much any new fans.

When Chelsea did their financial doping they got their fair share of glory fans as a result. Normally success on the pitch means a big jump up in your fanbase, but City have won in such a fake, cold way that hardly anyone has bought into it. Absolutely no one cares.
