All 3 players have been excellent for City over the years. Usually I would say they'd be a massive loss but we know City will replace them and then some. Can only hope the players they do replace them with don't settle or it doesn't work out. Certainly those 3 players in particular will be very hard to replace with like for like quality.

Kind of funny watching other clubs signing at least as many players as we will, whilst spending twice as much in the process.

But we call it a rebuild, while for them it’s just a regular transfer window

The funniest thing is Kalvin Phillips thinking he's getting anywhere near that team

This is really friggin annoying. That's Kovacic and now Rice joining City. I'm normally very optimistic when it comes to Liverpool but honestly, how are we supposed to compete? The league, if it isn't already, is heading to being like the Scottish, French and German leagues.

Kovacic is **** certainly a massive downgrade on Gundogan

Kovacic is a really good player imo but he is a downgrade on Gundogan. Silva would be a huge loss for them and Rice is very talented but still has to prove it week in, week out playing for a top club. Not everyone can hack the type of pressure.

If they get Rice then Phillips will be going the other way

If they get Gvardiol then they are buying a real gem - Mahrez and Silva going means they need at least another attacker. I’ve not seen them linked to anyone yet so it’ll be interesting to see who they target. With the exception of Phillips, their recent buying has been v good….. even Grealish is doing well but not 100m well!

                          Rats deserting a sinking ship?

Its a risk as that is a lot of their creativity on attack. It could take a year to find some rhythm.

                          Or they might stomp everyone...

Bet Arsenal regret dilly-sallying over the Rice fee now, they could have had that deal tied up before City stepped in, but now they look likely to miss out.

They even choked the transfer window

We’ll laugh now but wait until they go after Thuram or Kone and we’ll be the chumps
