It'll be the same with us. It's just natural with generational managers, unless you can find top class managers to step in.Originally posted by frank the tank View PostI still think that man city will fall away somewhat when Pep ****s off. They will still be top 4 team but wont be anywhere near being as good as they are now.
The thing with City, is that unless the PL investigation comes down hard on them (which we all know it won't), then their money will help them stay competitive. They won leagues and domestic cups under Mancini and Pellegrini. All they have to do is appoint someone competent, and they should still be competing at the top. Maybe they won't be as dominant, and we'll have a more varied list of PL champions, but they'll still win a shed load of trophies.
Good chance for City now to offload Fat Kalvin to West Ham.

City put in £90M bid for Rice. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/66027803
He's a good player but crazy money is being banded around these days.

£60-100m is just the ballpark for 'decent' players these days. Absolutely ridiculous. By the end of this transfer window, the Mac Allister deal will look like daylight robbery.

Chucking a lazy 200m at Rice and Gvardiol. No problemo"When a man insults my country I insult him, by taking his woman" Tony Yeboah
"looking through your posts since 2007 and what you have consistently written about my football team I have come to the conclusion that if you had 1 more brain cell you would be a plant .. your father was a hamster and your mother smells of elder berries, I fart in your general direction ..." Nicey

West Ham and Moyes will hear the words 'Man Citeh' and immediately add an oil tax of 30% to any fee quoted to other clubs. Still think Rice will get a nose-bleed anywhere north of Watford services.Originally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostWas just on the radio that their 90m bid for Rice was knocked back by West Ham immediately.
No idea if that is true but thgat's what was said.
