The PL have failed miserably in this.
The first time that Man City had failed to co-operate should have been the point that they were expelled from the league.
The fact they are charged with doing this 35 times unpunished says it all really.Comment

Gravy - £35m
= £212m, around 2/3 of their bench cost. We’ve probably had £300m several times this season?
Granted they’ve likely had a half billy bench at times. And there’s no question they’re cheats.
