Attack is the best form of defence they must be following, also they are obviously trying to change the rules to slip away from the 115 charges they are bang to rights over. If they win the EPL is ruined

You cant go around suing the organisation that you're part of and then expect to stay in it. They must know they're in deep **** with these 115 charges now and this is a last ditch attempt to delay things. What other situation would you be able to sue your employer/corporation/organisation and not be stood down. It creates a whole heap of dubious scenarios otherwise.

Didn't the PL threaten to remove all sides that took part on the super league when it was mooted? They can clearly do it if that's the case.

Having rules that they force clubs to abide by is all they needed to do, something far more iron clad. They have themselves to blame.and I'd be astonished if the top dogs who run the PL haven't become very very rich on backhanders

They just end up winning everything every year, and everyone will give even less of a **** about their "achievements" than they do now! It will make the whole competition absolutely pointless.
