He's got shares, hasn't he? So he gets a dividend....
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.

Someone once told me that he had negotiated a sell on percentage for any player leaving for a profit. Sounded a bit unlikely at the time but who knows?Originally posted by Neil Young View PostHe's got shares, hasn't he? So he gets a dividend...

Originally posted by Norbs View PostThing is that had they increased their Suarez bid quickly from £40m to £50m then I think we'd have conceded.
If we had accepted that offer Wenger would have cancelled the whole deal there and then. He never had any intention of signing Suarez, Higuain, Benzema etc. etc. IMO. He made bids for players he knew he would never get in an attempt to convince frustrated Arsenal supporters that he was prepared to spend money and to sell season tickets.
All the talk of being able to afford Rooney's wages and the bids for Suarez etc. were publicity stunts/propaganda from Wenger and the Arsenal board IMO.

Özil is good but he seemed to play better for Germany than he did for Madrid. Then again he was managed there by that massive bellend Mourinho so maybe that's why.Originally posted by john316 View PostSaid it when they were linked to Cabaye. Attacking midfield is the one position they didn't need reinforcing. GK/CB/DM/CF are the areas they need sorting for me. Ozil is a top, top player though and superior to Cazorla.
I agree about Arsenal's priorities. I don't mind them getting Özil, especially as it means they surely won't fix all of those weaknesses..
