Incredible !!!
just because things are a little tough
And they'll probably get it, using the mixed-messages excuseUefa has confirmed Arsenal have requested a postponement in manager Arsene Wenger's two-match Champions League ban.
The Gunners boss' punishment is due to take effect from Wednesday's play-off second leg against Udinese.
But Arsenal, who are also submitting a full appeal, have initially asked for a stay of execution and the chairman of Uefa's appeals body will later on Tuesday make a decision.
A statement from Uefa read: "Please note that Arsenal has lodged an appeal against the Control and Disciplinary Body decision taken yesterday and has requested a stay of execution."I will make the boys feel your support"

Samir Nasri will travel with Arsenal to Italy for Wednesday's Champions League tie against Udinese, BBC London reports.
Manchester City have been in talks to sign the midfielder and their manager Roberto Mancini said on Sunday he hoped to complete the deal within 48 hours.
If Nasri faces Udinese he will be ineligible to play for City in the Champions League group stages.
The 24-year-old appeared for Arsenal in Saturday's 2-0 loss to Liverpool.
He also trained with the Gunners on Tuesday before they prepared to fly out to Italy for the second leg of their play-off match.
More to follow.

We can't catch up a team who spend and spend, Just got to hope our potential turn into world beaters.Originally posted by wiw View Post
We've got some serious catching up to do, otherwise I can't see us winning the league for years. City winning it would be tolerable but United obviously

Them signing whoever doesnt stop us beating the 14 or so **** teams in this league though and we'll always be able to beat anyone at Anfield, obviously makes it a lot harder when they're doing deals like this but far from impossible.Originally posted by wiw View Post

I think Arsenal and going to ahve to pull a tevez/Snejder out of the bag to appease the fans.
Or all the mone is going to pay the stadium off and Arsene will have to tell the fans that.
there patience is running thin!!_____________________________________

Got to do something but even before losing Clichy, Fabregas and Nasri they still needed a lot of improving, cant imagine them getting the 6/7 players or so they need. So weird this, **** knows how theyve got in to such a mess.Originally posted by red g View PostI think Arsenal and going to ahve to pull a tevez/Snejder out of the bag to appease the fans.

Cannot see that- they are severly weakened & demoralised. Any "big" player like that would be viewed as a messiah cos of the lack of quality elsewhere & that pressure- plus the lack of confidence of CL qualification over the next few years- does not make them an attractive prospect.
We've seen how such things can have a contingency 1st-hand here...3rd place. Worst champions ever.
