Yup padding out the squad with quality and shrewd signings whilst in a position of power. They've pretty much been playing the same lads, so smart to get more bodies before that takes its toll.

Legohead thinks he's the second coming of Pep because he was his assistant. The Arse have a decent squad but they're just playing the system with energy... that's what's making the difference and creating them chances. We did the same when Gini and Mane joined.

Arse are another club like Citeh, where I can't really raise an eyebrow if they win anything. I couldn't care less. Same with the Chavs when they were winning. Citeh and Chavs have gazillions and so have just bought everything they wanted to win (UCL aside for Citeh) and Arsenal are just Arsenal. I'd be more gutted if United or Spursy won the PL... because I despise both.

Some decent youngsters at Arse and if they can keep the group together over this coming summer, they might have enough for a decent title defence next season.

He is the next City manager imo.

I don't like Arteta but he is doing well and has shown that he can fit players to a system and also tweak the system to fit players when he is missing some of them.

He has them playing well and also seems, for this season anyway, have gotten them playing with a bit of needle and steel running through the team.

At times watching them is a little bit like watching how we played a few seasons ago. They will hunt players down, harry them, press hard and when under pressure they seem to be able to soak it up now and them hit back with a fast counter.

They also have a bit of a snide streak there that reminds me a bit of Simeone teams.

Looks like he has the younger players buying in to what they are trying to build there as well as many of them whose contracts were running out, like Saka, have signed contract extensions this season.

Either way, they're active and looking to recruit to secure a PL title...
