Wenger doesnt go for players that they actually need.

        FFS why?

He said himself he needs a striker (which he found in Park Chu Young), a midfielder and a defender.

They are sinking faster than anybody could've predicted.

Gooner fans apparently reckon Gervinho has lodged a request to leave!

What an implosion if it's true - could be a season to out-do us last season!

Funny as **** if true. Just hope he doesn't start angling for a move to us...he's ****.

And while Goetze is a very exciting young talent, again, it's the polar opposite of what they need

the last sentance from him doesn't sound great from an Arsenal point of view!

Arsenal attacker Gervinho has admitted that Samir Nasri's departure to Manchester City upset him, and has claimed that the midfielder told him he would be staying at the Emirates Stadium.

Gervinho joined the Gunners from Lille this summer, but the new signing has since witnessed both Cesc Fabregas and Nasri leave the club, with no direct replacement yet snapped up.

The Ivory Coast international has revealed that Nasri's departure took him by surprise as the Frenchman had assured him he would not be leaving this season.

"I wanted to play with Samir because he is a big player. His exit has left me in pain," he told RMC.

"He promised to be there this season - and then changed his mind.

"This is a different Arsenal. A new team without Nasri and Cesc. But we need to forget that and to turn the page.

"Now we must think only about the future."

He added: "I would have liked to have played with Cesc and Samir. I like to play with great players and it's a shame.
"They left to join big clubs to try their luck elsewhere.

"One day I hope to have the opportunity to play with them again."

He should be on our list next year when we make into CL.

This line before is none too clever either.
