Can't put my finger on it with city, but for all this money they spend, they just seem to have a lot off overrated overpriced "decent" players.... Barry, Milner, lescott, kolarov are all just meh to me, ineffective... Balottelli and dzeko just don't seem to do anything either

Early doors and maybe knee jerkish, but I'd be ****ing shocked if city challenged for the title... Top 4 yeah but no real challenge for the title unless something major happened ie they sacked Mancini early on and appointed a good manager

I thought City were a shoe in for a title challenge but based on today's showing I don't think they are. They were abysmal in attack and I think will be dependent on some magic from Tevez, Aguero and Silva to bail them out.

As for United, they look set They have bought astutely in the last two years. They have an obvious weakness in CM, LB ( Evra), and hopefully goalkeeper, however their strikers and wingers will be too much for most of the premiership.

Mancini showed what a complete mong he is yet again. 2-0 up and keeps the same team, pegged back to 2-2 and then he decides to take off a striker for Gareth ****ing Barry and try to play out a draw Almost Rafa Like

United bossed that today, nothing about luck City were ****e and typical Macini very negative, it's just criminal to sit back against United. Mancs look like they have a really strong squad, worrylinly strong actually. Seems a good balance there. City have some serious sticks in their team, that Balotelli & Dzeko are ****ing brutal. Would have liked to see Aguero get few mins

Think they'll sign Wesley Sneijder too.

Utd are so lucky that City...with all their money and players still have a manager like Mancini holding them back.

Ffs, them and the Chavs should be stopping them winning titles, and they would be too if their owners knew a good manager when they see one or even have one in place!

Mancini is a dickhead. He's the type of person to have a argument with himself and still lose.

If they are smart they will sign Rafa before this gets out of control.

Lescott was a ****ing liability at the back as well - yes he scored but he's an average defender at best & James Milner is the most overrated cunt in the Prem. Also how Adam Johnson doesn't start for them is just criminal imo! Mancini is a joke ffs!!
Thanks for the memories Rafa - YNWA!

Also interesting that when the Mancs had their 1st choice CB's the conceded 2 goals, but when the backups came on they kept a clean sheet. Just shows another overrated piece of dog turd is Rio Ferdinand imo.
And my new name for Rooney is Goorooney which means pig in Greek lol!!

I'd look at him the same way as well if i had give him £38m to buy one of the worlds best strikers then he leaves him on the bench against our biggest local rivals.

                            Bye Bye Mancini

Sadly United looked good, it was just one game but they played some good stuff and looked quite impressive. I'd been hoping that this would be the start of their demise, but I don't think it is
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I understand the Augero thing though, if he is not 100% fit why risk him in a friendly where the tackles were a bit tasty and he could get injured and miss the start of the season?
