They seem to have the money to back a good challenege in the Champs Lge, what maybe is a stumbling block is Russia/Ukraine and would the big players like to live out there and play in the not so high profile Russian/Ukrainian Leagues no matter how much they get payed!

possible,but weather conditions are very harsh out there and that always seems to affect the Russian teams (their leagues seems to shut down as it's too cold to play), not the most attractive of leagues either.
