He speaks well which will help in settle in well. LFC is definitely the best club for him to progress his career and providing he's first choice for us (no doubt he will be), he'll be playing for Spain by the end of the year.

In the 90's were weak as hell on the left. We had a vast array of talent such as Bjornebye, Harkness and Mark Walters who played down that side. Patrick Berger (who was more of a striker) was the only decent left sided player we had back in those days although Rob Jones did a decent job there for about a season as did Carragher.
