Perhaps it should be that you can only loan players to lower league teams in your own country for experience and loan experienced players abroad and then only after they are half way through their contract. If you can't sell them then you have to keep them, at least until they are half way through their contract and then if you still can't find a buyer you can loan them out.Comment
