    Ferguson Ends BBC Ban

    ****s sake

    Ferguson ends BBC boycott

Sir Alex Ferguson has ended his BBC boycott, the corporation have announced.

The Manchester United manager has refused to talk directly to the Beeb since 2004 in protest at allegation made against his son, Jason, in a Panorama documentary.

However, Ferguson has now agreed to lift the ban following a meeting with BBC director general Mark Thompson.

Disappointingly, Mike Phelan is yet to comment. However, in a statement on their own website, United have confirmed:

'Sir Alex will now make himself available to the BBC for Match of the Day, Radio 5 Live and other outlets as agreed.

'No further comment will be made by either party on this issue.'

Yep, another outlet for his bullying ways. Great!

And theres no way he'd have agreed to this without a few other "perks" coming his way.

                Stockholm syndrome.
                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

No, I laughed at that too
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I hope they now decide to fine him for every time he refused to speak to them

                        It won't happen though

Boris Johnson and George Osborne are both claiming the credit.
