                      Arsenals philosphy has alaways been to buy young talented players and nurture them into first team players. It has been very cost affective. JWH has instilled the same regime with us, however, we are paying out larger sums for players who are further on in their developement. However, the emphasis is on youth

                                I agree mate but Wenger spends big sums on kids when the 1st team needs to be sorted out. He just seems incapable of grasping how **** his first team is.
