      He looked good... not going crazy about a last second goal on a shocking back pass against 10 men, but he is a good player and I wish we would have got him. He is the type of player we are crying out for in Gerrard's absence.

            Err I've been banging on and on since a long time albeit on a different forum. I've watched him at Valencia a lot of times. He can play through the middle or out wide. His intelligence is top notch and trust me his finishing is too.

            We were probably out priced at 24-27m whatever it is as we were looking at Downing for under 20

              In honesty except one dribble on the left flank and one decent cross he didn't show much but he did only play 30 + minutes.

              The goal was gift.

                  That pass to Fwank who crossed and Ivanovic missed a ridiculously open goal? It takes a lot for a player to hold on to the ball and release it exactly when the other attacker arrives yet hold your defender

                      RTE showed the replay a few times there (after Setanta wouldn't earlier).
                      Drogba out cold before he even hit the ground.
