I think they are insane getting rid of Harry. Loathe him or loathe him he got them back on the map big time and with some decent backing I think they could have challenged again next season.

Any truth in the rumour that Kuwaiti billionaires are buying Spurs and want their own man?

It would be a step back assuming it's Moyes. Rafa? I'm not so sure.
        Are we winning?

Their fans may not be too welcoming of that.

Moyes is so ill suited to the spurs jobs, why do they want him have they never watched the premier league?

I think they have backed him a fair amount and despite woeful performances from three of the supposed challengers for the CL (ourselves included) he failed to get CL football. I don't see his performance last season as much better/worse than that of Dalglish overall. Don't think I would have sacked either but there are compelling reasons to do it.

It'll be interesting to see how Moyes would do there - agree with everyone who predicts a crash and burn but you never know.

They imploded when they were cruising for a top 3 finish and whatever they say the Tax evasion case and the England Managers job were major distractions. I honestly think the players just gave up too easily because they knew he would be gone.

One of the big football blogs (The Swiss Ramble or Zonal Marking I think) did an analysis that suggests he actually does worse when he has more money to spend a while back (at least 6 months).

They wanted Brendan, thankfully too late for them now.

It is my understanding Spurs maay have already met with David Moyes today and that Moyes compensation has been agreed with Everton FC
Paul Tyrrell is Director of Communications - Everton FC.

@Moose_talkSPORT this is an absolute lie Ian. I expected better from you. If you repeat it, you can expect legal action from EFC.
