That's how I feel about Luis now. If not score than set a couple up foe sure.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

And the most annoying thing is that the team could accommodate him and Suarez perfectly. Everything that Torres wanted, sorry demanded, has been sanctioned. What a daft mistake it is that he's made.

Annoyingly for us though is that the league is still probably out of our reach, whereas, with Torres here still it would have been well within reach now. Gutted for our club and really angry that Torres had no faith

I'm not so sure about this. Torres is a shadow of the player he was 2 years ago. He's lost that explosive burst of pace that could take him past a defender with ease. I think we did the right thing to cash in on him.

i reckon coates will be eased in to be honest - unless we have bad luck with injuries to two of the other 3.

Maybe a few sub appearences in games we are comfortable in, a start against brighton away.

I reckon he'll be given plenty of time to settle in england and get used to the training etc.

He is, but that could mainly be because his head's not right. Back in the fold for us could've seen a reversal of that but it's never going to happen now, so I tend to agree with you that the money received was sufficient to let us move on.

Yep, im not sure bringing in a new star would have raised his level either, I think he'd have been put out and sulked a bit more, seems the type of person he is nowadays. Carragher has pretty much hinted he ended up as a cancer in the dressing room so we are well rid.

Why though, what happened that turned him into such a horrible cunt?
The talk before was he had a falling out with carra and gerrard?

probably his attitude on the pitch, in training etc.... it was bloody obvious in the end he was in a never-ending sulk, such a shame really

Didn't we have a poll on here and most wanted rid of carra and gerrard before Torres. Or have i just made that up?

**** knows, he's always been a brat but he used to channel it the right way by terrorising defenders. Maybe he got pissed off with the broken promises, players in turn got pissed off with his lack of effort and it all snowballs from there. Or maybe its something off the pitch, the injuries have got him down, he's just got bored with football given he's been playing regularly since 17, no idea. Guess we'll never know.

It is a bit of a problem when you have such strong personalities as Carra and Gerrard in the squad. Chelsea have the same problem with Terry and Lampard and City with Tevez.

One of the big reasons to why Man U keep on winning is because Fergie never allow a player to be bigger than him. He is the boss.

Before we got in Kenny as manager the manager really wasn't the boss. Carra and Gerrard was bigger than the manager but we don't have that problem now with Kenny in charge.

Will AVB be able to be the boss? If not then he will be out and replaced very soon just like Mourinho and Ancelotti. Mancini seems to be the boss now at City. It took a couple of years but he won the fight against Tevez and that was very important.
