Extremely thrilled that his mistake didn't cost us anything.
Very pleased with his ball distribution especially in the second half but he needs to improve his aerial defending as he is not properly utilizing his physical pre-dispositions just yet.Last edited by Mostar; 27-10-11, 12:21 AM.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

Looked good, made his error, forgot about it and got on with his game, and there's a lot to be said of that imo, if it had got to him....well, one player like that on the pitch and it can spread like a virus through a side, especially one down at the Brittania....on a cold cold wednesday night!
Well done.
I Like him.

So true. he seems to have the right mentality to play for Liverpool.

Expecting to see a bit more of him here and there throughout the season which is a good way to ease him in. He'll make mistakes like all defenders do but thats part of the education isn't it. Well done son.Originally posted by Tee View Post

The pace of the game is the old cliche, but I am often amazed watching foreign football how many defenders let the ball bounce. It's a primary school piece of coaching here to deal with the ball at the earliest moment unless you are absolutely sure you have time and space. Hopefully he's now learnt that leasson without it costing us anything.Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostI thought he recovered well after the mistake for their goal, glad it didn't affect him too much, hopefully he'll learn from this."that is my opinion and that is more important than what anyone else has to say about it" - Mr A.Fergusson, Oct 2011
