I thought they were getting him for £30m which is what you'd want to pay for a top class keeper.

His kicking looks good but whenever I've seen him , he was letting in goals which you would've thought he'd save, if you believed the hype...

My comment was tongue in cheek. Young and English = Price Hike, seems standard these days. He looks decent IMO & he won't even have the pressure of performing at a small club like Everton

He's more than decent. Everton are doing some good business this summer. I also think Sandro Ramirez would be a good squad player type.

Dare I say it that Everton are spending in the shops we were last summer and the problem we're having is we're trying to spend in more exclusive circles.

As Irishnev points out they'll be back in a positive net spend soon anyway when Lukaku leaves.

At least they are addressing their problems fairly well. If they get in Gylfi or Keane as well and replacement for Lukaku, they will be difficult next season.
