Well a very cursory Google search says 45.5m driving licenses in Britain and around 85000 drink drive convictions in England and Wales. So factoring approx 90% of UK population being England and Wales its about 1 in every 476 people. Considering first teams, subs, reserves etc al it doesn't sound to me like they are overrepresented
