My Everton friend in work who has a season-ticket and is surprisingly unbitter, doesn't actually rate him that highly. He says he's an extremely limited footballer and he doesn't think he's good enough for Chelsea. I pointed out that he's outscored all of Chelsea's strikers this season but he's sticking to his gun on it.

      cunts have that
What's mildly annoying is all Evertonians happily admitting it was a dive and gleefully taking the moral high ground. They think it makes them ace and superior to us because we didn't "admit Suarez dived". Well, you cretins, this was as blatant a dive as you are likely to see - you'd look a total fool if you tried to claim it wasn't a dive. Whereas the Suarez penalty incident at the weekend...well it doesn't need explaining.

Saw one Blue refer to him last night as Lukarltoncoleku

I read today he has only got 1 in his last 9 games.

Maybe flattering to deceive, his main job is to put the ball in the net.

Infact he has only got one goal since 30th November. Although in that time he has 5 assists.

Its what can happen when you only have one striker of any note. You eventually wear them into the ground and especially when its a young lone striker like him. They need to rotate him out and give him 1-2 games out of the firing line. He's still their best weapon though and will be a major handful next Tuesday for us.

Yeah he's gone right off the boil, still getting assists but goals from midfield and defence have been winning them points. That won't last, especially with Coleman now injured, another major source of goals gone.

He'll score against us though, he always does.

Anichebe's scoring rate is less than 1 in 7 over a 7 year period

                    Poor Norbs, poor.
                    3rd place. Worst champions ever.

This is what I'm hearing from them too, he's dropping deeper and not giving them an 'out' ball, no matter how much Martinez tries to change them the bitter love a good hoofing session! The fact they boo'd at the start of the season because they took a short freekick instead of pumping it into the box speaks volumes about their mentality.

One of the quotes on facebook from an Everton fan was 'Mourinho wouldn't let a player go who was a consistent game changer, when he's not scoring he might as well not be playing'

Yeah most of them (the ones I know) think he's pretty average now with one of the worst first touches they've ever seen and want him dropped if Traore is half decent. Great when he's on it but when he's not it's no different to having James Beattie or Marlon Harewood upfront.

                            Hes not quite Marlon Harewood.

But he seems out of form. He has looked imperious at times this season and the back end of last with West Brom.

Anyone who breaks a goalscoring record at the age of 16 has got to have something about him. Even if it was the Belgian league

Lifelong Everton fan gets Liverpool tattoo to support boy suffering from mystery illness

Matty Bowman had You’ll Never Walk Alone tattooed across his back

A lifelong Everton FC fan had You’ll Never Walk Alone tattooed across his back to support a boy suffering from a severe mystery illness.

Matty Bowman went ahead with the fundraiser despite his bitterness toward Liverpool FC , raising thousands of pounds to support the Team George appeal.

The money will be used to help toddler George Johnson go to America, where it is hoped progress could be made to diagnose and treat his baffling condition.

Die-hard Everton fan Matty, who used to live in Fazakerley , had the tattoo done in his hometown Ellesmere Port at lunchtime.

While he already has tattoos – including some showing his support for his beloved Everton – he said the newest addition hurt the most, mentally and physically.

After being “scarred” with the title of the famous Reds anthem, he said: “I did it, it went OK but it killed.

“It was really good and we had a few people turn up to watch, George and his mum were there.

“Mentally it was very bad. I didn’t look at it – I just asked them to cover it up. I think this was one that hurt the most because of what it was, and with it being on the soft skin by my neck.

“It hurt quite a bit but it wasn’t too bad, it lasted just over an hour.”

Matty volunteered for the charity effort after being touched by the story of four-year-old George, from Wallasey, who has to be fed through his heart because of his illness.

While a true diagnosis is still to be found, it is thought George is suffering from dysautonomia, a condition which affects the central nervous system causing major problems for the digestive system and the heart.

George's family are trying to raise £15,000 to take him to America where it is hoped progress could be made to diagnose and treat him.

Thanks to Matty’s efforts they are close to that target, and are now awaiting dates for an appointment with a US specialist who could help them.

Overwhelmed by the support, Matty, 26, said: “His mum has not stopped thanking me. We are going out for a meal next week as a thank you. If I didn’t want to do it, I wouldn’t have done, but I did it for a reason – it was for George, I’ve got a boy the same age.”

George’s mum Emma was delighted with Matty’s fundraising success.

She said: “We are so grateful, it’s a gesture we would never expect anybody to do and the fact he has done it and put so much effort into helping George has been fantastic... we hope this is going to be life changing for George. It’s certainly been life changing for Matt. It’s a big deal and we are very grateful.”
