The 33 points seems to be inaccurate. They got 39 in 2003-4 and the 3 relegated teams got 33 each

Why measure points in calendar years as opposed to seasons? Makes no sense. Plus calendar year 04 will incorporate the first half of the 04-05 season, which they started well and ended up finishing above us in 4th. I can scarcely believe they only managed 33 points in the 04.
