Everton hit by Fellaini injury

Marouane Fellaini looks set to miss the rest of the October schedule apparently after picking up a knee injury in the 2-2 draw at Wigan on Saturday.
Sources in Belgium say the midfielder will be sidelined for three weeks which would mean he will miss the game at QPR in 12 days' time and the Goodison derby against Liverpool at the end of the month.

He will also miss his country's next two World Cup qualifiers but will reportedly recuperate in Belgium.

Fellaini has primarily been deployed as a forward so far this season, although he dropped back to a more familiar midfield role as the game progressed at the DW Stadium at the weekend.

His absence may therefore provide an opportunity for Steven Naismith to press his first-team claims. Or, if Darron Gibson is fit for selection after the international break, David Moyes may push Leon Osman wide right and use Kevin Mirallas as a supplemental striker to Nikica Jelavic.

I have the same issue with a blueknobber, he is soooo excited Borini is out, I thought he had won the Lottery when he rushed in to work and started gloating about it, seemed not to understand the loss of Fellani will hurt them more than the loss of Borini will hurt us.

I was speaking to the same Bitter this morning at 7.30 as the **** is my boss and he bet me that Brendo will be out of a job by 15th Jan. I gave him 3-1 odds at £10.
He even has a bet with Bill Hill on LFC to go down at 100-1.
It has got to the stage when he talks about football it's always LFC and I just go silent as I cannot be asked to waste my breath.
