Thanjk you.

I could see him going to Everton, with them getting him for free but having to cough up massive wages, which will end up being a waste of money as he will be rubbish in his last few years.
So this lot seem pretty convinced they have a new free 'waterfront iconic' stadium being announced on Thursday - Teflon Joe Anderson obviously involved.
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do
I read somewhere that it is the legacy stadium if Liverpool share the commonwealth games with Brum in 2022 but only if Liverpool get the main stadium for athletics.
Could of course be horlicks.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.
In a time when fat Joe is trying to up council tax and moaning about social care if Everton end up getting a stadium funded by the tax payer then there will be some serious unrest and fat Joe won't know what's hit him.
Its like they've actually won something, the triumphalism I'm seeing on my FB timeline. All of the comments in some way a dig at Liverpool rather than being excited about their new stadium! Waterfront site this, better than the loft extension at Anfield that...
Nice one. A waterfront stadium. That's great. Middlesbrough have one of them too!
the dock is massive and could take years to backfill, put piles in, top off, then construct a stadium with infrastructure like roads, rail links and retail outlets this could be well over ten years or more away.
and although they say they have agreed a deal to buy they still have to find some money or partners to invest as i doubt moshiri will chuck much of his own money in. planning permission is still needed too.
