seems like cos everton came crawling back after they left sam dangling cos they were sniffing silva's balls meant sam could now call the shots.Originally posted by Tatterdemalion View PostYou mean he actually demanded 18 months??
if he saves them from the drop then the premier league bonuses and tv money will more than cover the extra they are having to stump up for the big fella.

Nah. If they'd kept Koeman they'd have stayed up. It's just a sign of how much they've ****ed up all round that anyone would look for positives in Everton appointing Sam allardyce a third of the way into what was going to be their CL qualification season.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Definitely.
It’s a backwards step for sure, it’s the sort of manager you’d be covet Everton to have, not the one a billionaire team with CL aspirations. Theow in the fact the entire process has exposed the fact that they don’t have the allure that they thought they had.Modifying post.

He is strangely lauded as some sort of big time brilliant appointment. Bizarre.
Can remember his time as Player-Manager of Limerick. Oddly enough they played decent football when he was there. Certainly an outlier as far as his career went.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Everton's passing accuracy so far today is 63%. That's lower than every other side currently playing in the top tier.

One of my mates sent me a message from their match at half time to say 45 minutes gone and already the football is ****eBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
