I just don't get how you can pay so much to go see something and leave halfway through.

It's shocking for it over here, it will be a great game with a nail biting finish and people will still leave en masse 10 minutes early to beat the traffic. What the actual ****?

I've got a couple of friends who work at the club, 1 or 2 in senior positions.

They've both told me Keane came off after having a panic attack a few months back. Can't hack it.

No but I think what you are trivialising as 'stage fright' can be a significant stressor that could be a trigger for what might more correctly be called an anxiety attack rather than panic attack. Same symptomatology as a panic attack but being brought on by specific stressor.
