Looks ok, but from the outside it’s suspiciously similar to the HKS design for Stanley Park, with a few red bricks thrown in.

It does look nice but as said do they have the funds for it?! Its got to be 350-450mill to build at least. Look how much over Spurs stadium ended up going.

Looks flashy, but has that too modern look that'll look extremely dated 25 year down the line, assuming it ever gets built.
On a positive note, I didn't catch any trophy room so that's accurate, plus I do like the dining area alongside the player tunnel - should be a source of great amusement when people starting ****ing their food and drink against the glass.

An Architects opinion FWIW. It looks quite good, Not just your usual cookie cutter stadium, but there is no way in hell they can afford it. It will look nothing like those renders in reality once they strip it of all design intent. That glass will cost an absolute fortune on its own.

Yep, I think it looks good to me because I'm imagining that the brick structure has the stature and weight of the Albert dock buildings, when in reality it'll probably have the build quality of a redrow house with a glass roof.

Just seen some blue say it will be ready for the 21season,i said no chance they haven't even got planning permission yet or a contractor in place.
There is another who has also said he loves how they have included the amazing existing building into the design,pmsl the only amazing building there is the waste waterworks he doesn't know that dock.

I remembered that looking loads better. That looks **** now.

The futuristic elements from 10 years ago look dated. Leaving it a bit of a faceless monolith. Zero character or relevance, doesnt represent the city or the club. It looks like it was designed by a shopping mall designer.

Much prefer the new stand and the plans to redevelop the ARE.

I don't think those 2 ****s ever planned on building that,i remember seeing the video and it just looked flat no 3d fly through just flat as if done on an old commadore 64,atleast the video to the parry bowl looked like some money had been spent on it.
