It would appear so, well, as far as I can tell they are technically the kit manufacturer. but it was on the website according to news reports that ‘we look for underdogs, those who rarely win’. They don't currently have a shirt sponsor because the agreement with Sport Pesa was terminated early. It seems unclear as to who did the terminating.
