The rumour broke late on Saturday evening. The age of the arrested player matches that of the player named in the rumour (I know the name has already been mentioned in the thread but I believe the site still has its no rumour policy and according to The Mirror the player should legally not be named at this stage)

Arse.... it's supposedly an old case, from 2017, had sex with a girl, he allegedly didn't know her age. His wife forgave him back then. Girls dad just found out now apparently.

It's a bit complicated, 15 however you will be charged in cases like this probably by using your stature relevant to age, so that grown ups can't lure kids to something inappropriate for their age. So in effect it's 18 really but again, it's a bit of a gray area.
