Taken in context of how much he cost and the pretty poor team he plays for, Gray's performances and goal/assist return have been impressive to date. And yes it might suggest that a few clubs missed out on a trick by not buying him for 1.5 million as I reckon he would score more in a better team. Maybe not so much in terms of enhancing a Liverpool/Man City /Chelsea level team but a lot of the other clubs in the league he could have done a good job for, especially the ones with better players and that are more fluid as a unit than Everton.
And if our Mo is the standard that all players are to be rated by, then that makes pretty much every attacking player in the league, including any of our own not called Mo Salah, nothing more than being simply good at best.
