Wtf are you talking about, when is it 6 points? Ohhh in the 16/17 season? Or the 11/12 season?? It’s rare enough that it’s 6 points for us, and on Saturday city have the chance to make it 4 seasons in a row where it’s 6 points for them.

It was the last team we dropped points to, the year we missed the title by 1 point, super funny alright!

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy beating them too, and it’s good to have big rivals in the league, even if ya hate them, its what makes the sport enjoyable to follow, but Everton (especially away) is a hard game for us, that our rivals don’t have.
    I don't tip

They keep going on about how they are crap away but their home form will save them. They've got 7 points from their last 8 home games the utter whoppers. They won their first 3 and have been garbage since then

Their next 7 games are a mixture of brutal and vital.

        City (H)
        Spurs (a)
        Wolves (H)
        Newcastle (H)
        Watford (a)
        West Ham (a)
        United (H)

I can only see a point against Newcastle at home, maybe Watford away.

But that was when Rafa was in charge Super Frank has turned their home form around which is why they aren't worried about going down
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I honestly hope/wish that’s true, with the city game in mind…

Would be hilarious if they got something v City but lost the rest of them

When we play them at the end of April, how sweet would it be to beat them as league leaders and send them deeper into the ****e!!!

Unfortunately I think it comes too early to be the game that sends them down but yeah, to really F them in the A would be sweet.

might not send them down mathematically but could effectively condemn them!!!

Any team down there can actually get out of it with a good month. Newcastle looked dead and buried around christmas......but 2 or 3 wins in a row and you can be looking up. Still loads to play for but watching teams, it looks like Everton and Brentford actually have the worst momentum

Minor point of interest is that if they beat Boreham Wood the FA Cup Quarter Finals weekend is the date for their fixture v Watford so that would be pushed later in to the year and they could have a huge relegation six-pointer at the business end when they have tough fixtures already.

Two big wins for Burnley. They're just two points behind Everton now and go to Palace on Saturday. With Newcastle heading to Brentford, it's not inconceivable that Everton will be in the relegation zone by the time they kick off against City.

Yep. They ideally need something from the City game for sure. They are properly in a relegation fight.

Looking at the momentum at the moment (which can obviously change) it looks like Newcastle and Burnley are getting results to move them in the right direction. Brentford are getting sucked in. Norwich, Watford, Leeds and Everton are just in there not doing much (I heard them described as turds waiting to be flushed ), whoever of those can put a run together or can at least beat the others in head to head games is likely to survive, but for me it's 3 from those 5 (Brentford, Leeds Everton, Watford and Norwich)

If Burnley and Newcastle win (and Everton lose), Everton will be in the relegation zone!

That said, I really wouldn't mind if they got at least a point against City.

We’ve got to want City to drop points in this one more than the inconsequential bitters to lose.
