The cost of materials rising is significan't. I don't think the naming rights issue will be as terrible as it seems. £300m only if criteria are met and deal extended. The minimum amount and initial contract period drop it below £100m. Still significant but likely they could get close to that if they remain in the PL.

Relegation would definitely sink the new stadium plans. I actually think it could threaten the very existence of the club. They'd have to ship off so many players on high wage bills they could actually be looking at back-to-back relegations
