Think they could be ****ed anyway tbh
The stadium looks brilliant. I was in gino di campo skybar last week and it looks brilliant from there. Going to be class and will surely be competitive in taking concerts off anfield, what being real close to town etc
However. It is easy to get Everton tickets on their exchange. And i am not sure they will be a good proposition for corporate hospitality because they don't have the fanbase and their football is ****. And also i dont think their fanbase is going to pay a lot morr per ticket.
Their new stadium looks brilliant. But a shiney new stadium didn't exactly change the landscape for clubs like Sunderland, Bolton, Coventry, Southampton.

Optimistic.
Do they even sell out Woodison every home game and that is a sub 40k stadium.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
