Surely the stadium as a separate entity with everton renting it is the way to make a cash cow out of it...... They dropped the ball not having a retractable roof on ot imo as they could have made it a brilliant multipurpose venue then.
The issue for them is that their team is ****in dog**** and when you look at the players, they won't get much transfer fees for any of them. Maybe Pickford and he is doing his best to devalue himself.
Makes the whole psr compliance thing a big headache for them. Not sure if they have any good young players coming through but probably not.......Comment
