Yeah that inclines do look scary. Similar design to Spurs in that they've built the stands as steep and as close to the pitch as legally allowed.

Yeah the area has not been regenerated enough yet for there to be enough by way of facilities. Friend of mine has bought an apartment down from it in the Tobacco Warehouse and he bought there knowing it would be some time before the surrounding areas caught up on any developments.

The road and footpath infrastructure near the satdium is in no way fit for tens of thousands of people trying to enter/leave quickly either.


Then there is that "wonderful" smell that adds to the atmosphere round there from time to time.

Huge potential and that is a good move for him imo. Like to take the piss out of Moyes but he is a good manager and has a good record of making young players better.

If Dibling does well, he could end up being their next Nick Barmby!!

£40m for a player with 3 goals and 3 assists is a bloody gamble IMO, his form was shocking post Martin going. Defo has potential but Eve having him and Grealish tmakes everyone else more work to do - I think both are far from a Moyes type player

I think £30-40m has become standard fee for an average PL player now, some fairly average to good (but not outstanding IMO) PL forwards have been moving or linked with moves for £50-70m
