Mancini has just confirmed, live on tv, that Tevez REFUSED to come on.

When asked if he'd ever play for him again, Mancini replied:

"For me, it's a bad situation, because in a game like this, it's impossible for one player to refuse to come on and help the team. Also, he was disappointed because he didnt play. I cannot accept that a player refuses to play. I cannot accept this."

Apparently Tevez didnt give any reason.
