We need to get someone to ring up "You're on Sky Sports" and put the idea into their consciousness. And from there, the snowball will growOriginally posted by McDermotX View Post
Cannot understand why Sky etc aren't asking the question alright..............I mean, they're on the ball with Carroll's wild drinking and massive transfer fee questions, Kenny's absence from the modern game etc etc
Sky !.........I demand a debate about Roy's suitability for the Arsenal job
Shaggy will do it.

One game at a time eh?Originally posted by Craig_H View PostIf we can do the mancs in 13 days, we have 3 'easier' games in a row after that.
So beat the mancs and we'll be set up nicely to go on a winning run and bank a healthy tally of points for the first 11 games. After the mancs, we have Norwich (h), WBA (a), Swansea (h).
Spurs next few games:
Newcastle (a)
Blackburn (a)
QPR (h)
Fulham (a)
3 away games out of their next four, surely they'll be dropping some points in there. Two London derbies too.
Oh I don't know.

I'm just desperate for us to find a win against the mancs and then take advantage of the 'easy' games which, in all honesty, we should be winning.
If we win the games we SHOULD win, and on a consistent basis, we'll do well.
Having already played away games at Spurs, Stoke, Everton and Arsenal, to have 13 points from 7 games (just shy of that 2 points per game ratio that i think will easily seal 4th place) is good going.
I'm not for a second saying we'll contend for the title - but if we beat the mancs and win those next 3 'easy' games, we'll be on a tally that'll have the media talking about us as being in the title race.
