It really depends.

Some are fairly easy to do and some are not so much.

It becomes sometimes difficult to execute the concept as I envision it and that take lot of tweaking and tuning and some could have 100 different layers and that takes long time to put together.

For example Andy Carroll, the last one I did, took about 3-4 hours to complete and Pepe about the same as I had to use 1,000 letter characters (lot of copying and pasting, different font size, different type of fonts, rotation, duplication etc.) to do his face.

I think thats got potential. I reckon you could improve that though, the glasses arent quite right. I really like it though.

p.s - As with most things its easy to criticise but my own efforts would be far worse so please, no suicide.
