Okay as an Aussie, doesn't look good........ maybe because Neighbours is so far behind in the UK he meant to say "plays for the best team in the world....

      ...... on another note..............

      you ADMIT to watching Neighbours???
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

A bit of comedy to start your day.

            Friday, 16th November, 2012

Anderlecht forward Milan Jovanovic has stated that he knows he is a great player.

The Serbian forward, who landed at Anderlecht in the summer of 2011 after a forgettable spell with English Premier League giants Liverpool, has been in fine form for the Brussels-based outfit this season.

Jovanovic has hit the back of the net five times and provided a superb eleven assists in a purple shirt.

And the 31-year-old insists that he has complete belief in his ability, even being able to brush off a bad performance without worry.

"You think I’m better than last season? That touches me", Jovanovic told Belgian broadcaster RTBF.

"Since the resumption of training, I feel good.

"And even if I have a bad game, I know I am a great player."

The Serbian also saluted Anderlecht coach John van den Brom for the faith he has placed in him and his willingness to accept that Jovanovic will sometimes give away possession.

"He accepts that I lose the ball from time to time.

"And he constantly repeats that he believes in me.

"This is obviously very important for my confidence."

Jovanovic also explained that he is not aiming for a transfer and will not leave Anderlecht in January, despite much speculation the club may not extend his contract, which expires next summer.

"At 31, I do not play for a transfer.

"I’ve earned a lot of money in my career.

"A good atmosphere, a good life, to play football and to be an example for my team-mates, that’s what counts."

              Another great Rafa signing.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I didn't think he was as bad as some. Would have preferred to see him up front more than being played out wide. Not suited to that at all.

Funny guy though. Great player. yeah right

Would make a great partner up front with Bendtner in a deluded XI.
