The match schedule has been released for WC 2014 in Brazil. Teams and fans will no longer be based in one area.

    In Brazil.

    Which is ****ing massive.

Apparently there's a four hour time difference in the summer, meaning obviously 10pm games are 2am for us.

Crazy, although this is typical of FIFA they don't seem to give a **** about the players or the fans, just whats in it for themselves.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I've long lost interest with this farce to be honest. I couldn't give a flying **** about world cup football.
            Are we winning?

              Nothing to do with FIFA.

The Brazilians are responsible for organising the tournament, just like LOGOC and not the IOC are responsible for organising the London Olympics.
              Oh I don't know.

Surely Brazil can't be as **** as South Africa.

                    The football. The atmosphere.

brilliant times to watch the games for UK

5pm, 8pm, 11pm and 2am. All in the summer too

But its too far away into the future to give a hoot

Anyone else think they should combine qualifications for all euro's and world cup and the same for every other continents tournaments.

So you win the group stage of euro's/ african nations/ asian; you qualify for world cup too. Would reduce the tedious international games that exist.

Surely FIFA have some input? Or influence at least.

Anyway it's a **** tournament about to get worse. Haven't they also expanded the Euros after next year?

I love it when tournaments are on a different time zone.

Kick off times (for TV), ticket prices and such like yes.

Venues and logistics, not as far as I am aware.

There is quite a bit of friction between FIFA and the Brazilians at the moment.

Edit: I read Exile's post to be about travel btw.
