    Juventus' new stadium "could collapse"

The news would be appalling, for the club and its supporters. The new, beautiful stadium of Juvenus is at risk of closure. The reason: the danger, theoretical but extremely grave, of a collapse. One of the companies that worked on the construction used steel which didn't correspond to the required specification. This could therefore compromise the fabric of the structure, with terrible risks for the safety of spectators. This news has emerged from an investigation by the Procura of Turin, which is working on a criminal case. For the moment after discussions in the prefecture, the use of the stadium is allowed. But the need for a criminal investigation raises major fears.

Juventus and Turin City Council have given assurances that the stadium is safe.

Pretty shocking. No doubt someone has cleaned up on this.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

            Unbelievable

How can they say the stadium is safe AND potentially at risk of collapse?

In the obviously absurd scenario that H&G had actually built us a new ground, this is probably what would've happened.

                    I thought exactly the same.
