    Euro Seeds Decided

Pot 1: Spain, Holland, Poland, Ukraine.

Pot 2: Germany, Italy, England, Russia.

Pot 3: Croatia, Greece, Portugal, Sweden.

Pot 4: Denmark, France, Czech Republic, Republic of Ireland

I'm hoping for the following for England

    Spain, England, Portugal, France

What is likely to happen is

    Poland, England, Sweden, Czech Rep

I don't know what would be tougher for England tbh - big teams or small teams. They struggled with USA and Trinidad in the past, so they may raise their game for the bigger teams. Then again, they've never really beaten a top international team in competition since Germany in 2000? I may be wrong.

And yes, unfortunately its another summer of being the international equivalent of an Evertonian, mocking your nearest rival and hoping everyone else does better than them

    It's ****e being Scottish.

Denmark have won their group and qualified ahead of Portugal for the last 2 tournaments and are still seeded below them, that must be annoying.

Don't see why Ukraine and Poland should be top seeds just because they're hosts. Seems a bit daft, they're just about the weakest sides in the tournament, along with Czech Rep and RoI.

Thank goodness there's no chance of Portugal, Greece, Ireland and Italy being drawn together. The 'Group of Debt' joke is tedious enough when you've heard it once.
                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Its a bit of a joke having the hosts in the top pot too.

I think it is very much between them and Spain, both won every game in qualifying. Germany were extremely impressive yesterday against Holland.

I think there's a lot of English people that wouldn't complain if England got humiliated by teams in that kind of group.
                        Oh I don't know.

the second and third goals were superb.

i really like watching the germans, they were class against brazil a month or two ago as well.

I'll put it out there, I actually prefer watching them to spain - whilst i do think the spanish/barca tipa tapa football is out of the world - Germany a lot more direct, quick attacking football, with more width and it's more exciting.

A german/spanish final would be ****ing brilliant

We (LFC) need some german in our side!
