You're complaining about early mornings at the pub? I cant think of anything better, especially if you're not working. That was the situation for the 2002 world cup and it was awesome

Surely it'd be good to get Spain and two of the weaker teams from pot 3 and 4, say Greece/Sweden and Republic of Ireland/Czechs. That way if England progress they'd avoid Spain in the knockout rounds (at least until the final)

Probably get Spain, Portugal and France.

I personally want Germany to win. Not just because I'll get more sex out of it either

They will most definitely get to the semi-finals, at the minimum. They have - internationally - been the stand-out team. The way they can perform, few teams can. They are clinical. Lethal. Counter, chance, goal. Done. Set-piece, header, goal. Done. Clinical if ever a team was. And they always turn up, always! Brilliant team to watch.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
