Yeah it looks like we've really adopted the stats and analysis approach.
Personally I prefer the old school approach of watching a player and thinking 'yeah he's got a good touch, can see a pass, has good positional sense, works hard for the team...quality player, let's try and bring him in.'
but whatever grabs your goat. -
