He has every reason if what Roy said about him when he signed him for us is anything to go by:

There aren’t many quality left-backs around in the world, never mind in England – so to find an English one who can go straight into the team without any adjustment problems is a big advantage. He is a player I know, a player I have worked with and he knows the way we try to play and the things we try to do. That’s another little advantage, but the main reason for bringing him here is because we think he’s a good player and he’s the right man for the job.
I'd love it if Konchesky went to the Euros
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Carles Puyol set to miss Euro 2012 with knee injury......................
Barcelona's Spanish international defender Carles Puyol could be ruled out of Euro 2012 after being told he requires an operation.
The 34-year-old was sidelined for three months earlier this year with knee trouble and Barca confirmed he is now expected to be out for six weeks.
"After tests were conducted it was decided he would have arthroscopic surgery on 12 May," the club said.

I'll stick my neck out and say from Group D we won't see England get through, I fancy France and probably Sweden to get through

true, worked for Greece in 2004. I'd be very surprised if England managed a historic campaign and got out of the gwoup

You can't count the Dutch out, still a very capable attacking team, not everybody was a fan of their tactics during the W.C but they came damn close to working. Especially after RVP's season, if Robben and Sneijder and RVP are on song they have the ability and the discipline to go all the way. I'sd love to see them square off against the Germans that would be a phenomenal match!

If Ronaldo turns up Portugal could put either Holland or Germany out. The way our season has gone, England will win it and every stadium in the country with have a statue of him. MTV will release a music video produced by David Guetta of the face rub, it'll become the fastest viewed upload in the history of Youtube and he'll get a knighthood.
